
As you start your company and if you have a partner an LLC might be the correct format as it’s typically the easiest and least cost effective to manage. Although, if you are one day dreaming of creating an organization where employees can own a piece of the business, then an LLC is not the right way to go.
A good middle of the ground starting place is a Subchapter S Corporation. It provides movement laterally in regards to ownership and is simple to administer.
