
Having prepared myself for the ultimate confrontation not pay for the checks, even though I was not too sure that I was the cause of the problem and ordered the wrong checks – which is entirely possible.
I was blocked at the pass by the customer service rep who told me immediately upon hearing my story that they apologize for the inconvenience and will replace the checks free of charge.
Also, note that it only took me pressing one button on the call to get to a live voice too.
Cheers to Intuit for making a lifetime customer. How much do you think that is worth to them?
BTW, I ordered a book of deposit slips, just because I wanted to say thanks.
